YouTuber Jeffree Star's posts teasing a mysterious "NFL boo" has fans' interest piqued... at least two NFL wives asked him to quit making the posts, according to the Daily Mail.

"The beauty influencer blasted Saryn Anderson, wife of Carolina Panthers defensive end Henry Anderson, 31, for sending him a direct message on Instagram asking him to stop posting elusive pictures of his new beau online," the Mail recounted.

"Fans may be hypothesizing that Henry is the man standing with his back turned to the camera in a photo Star shared Monday because he fits Star's description of a '6'6' NFL player whose 'team didn't make it to the Super Bowl,'" the New York Post noted.

Sharing Anderson's message on Twitter, Star wrote, "OMG now the #NFL wives are coming after me!!!"

Addressing Anderson directly, Star added: "Girl... Don't be so insecure. I don't mess with married men 😘"

Anderson "has since made her account private on Instagram, and removed her Twitter profile entirely after the rumors," the Mail imparted. "But Jeffree was quick to hit back, posting a video on his Instagram story saying: 'How come people want to play with fire and when you light the match with them they disappear.'"

Star then added: "I'm like girl don't be insecure about your marriage, I'm not a shady bitch," the article went on to relay.

"But Saryn is not the first NFL wife to stand up for her husband," the article went on to detail, "with Heather Pocic, the wife of Cleveland Browns center Ethan Pocic, 27, also being quick to deny it is her husband."

As previously reported, Star followed up a snap of his and his unidentified lover's hands clasped together with a photo showing the two of them standing in a bathroom. Star is seen in the mirror holding up the photo used to take the picture; the man he claims is his "NFL boo" stands next to him, his back to the mirror.

"His team didn't make it to the #SuperBowl," Star posted, "but he's 6'6 and plays perfect in the bedroom 🧡"

Pocic commented on the post, writing: "Since apparently my husband name is on this list of guesses I'll go ahead and let y'all know Ethan Pocic is married with children! And has been a with us the entire off season! But I'm here in the comment section to see who these FBI agents think the player is!🤣😂🤣🤔🤔"

One such "agent" left a guess of their own in the Instagram post's comments, claiming that the mystery man must be the NFL's only out player, Carl Nassib.

"Carl plays for buccaneers (didn't make superbowl) Carl is the only openly gay and is 6'6 PROVE ME WRONG!!" the post read.

The sticking point: At last report, Nassib was dating another openly gay athlete, Danish Olympic swimmer Søren Dahl.

What's your read on the situation? Who are the likely suspects? Will Star eventually reveal the identity of his "NFL boo," and will he actually be an active player in the league? Or is Star just playing with a fantasy footballer?
