A substantial preview for one of the most hotly anticipated LGBTQ films of the year has finally arrived, and it is as hot as you'd expect.

Based upon a bestselling novel of the same name, "Red, White & Royal Blue" follows the frenemies-to-lovers plot line between U.S.'s First Son, Alex, portrayed by Taylor Zachary Perez, and Prince Henry of Britain, played by Nicholas Galitzine.

The film hits Prime Video on Aug. 11, and the trailer is perfectly set to Lil Nas X's "That's What I Want." Spoiler alert: They both end up covered in cake.

The film centers on a plot to re-strengthen U.S. and British relations that tasks Alex and Henry to become fake friends. As one character orders the First Son to treat Prince Henry, "You better act like the sun shines out of his ass and you have a vitamin D deficiency."

Naturally, things don't go as planned, but in the best possible way. The pair begin to grow close carrying out their plot, and grow much, much closer when they begin to fall in love.

Perez most recently played Marco in Netflix's romantic comedy "The Kissing Booth." He was also featured in Max's "Minx" series. Galitzine previously starred as Prince Robert in Prime Video's "Cinderella" and Luke in Netflix's "Purple Hearts." Did we also mention that Uma Thurman plays a very badass woman president with a southern drawl?

See their on-screen chemistry below.
